Sr. Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager- Sports Medicine

Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Rajasthan, Jodhpur and Chandigarh

Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to): -

  • Developing integrated Sales plan, brand plan & its implementation
  • Product Details (Medical Devices, Surgical Equipment,Spine, Implants, Instrument, Orthopedics)
  • Target of Hospitals and Health Institutions to increase Sales
  • Corporate communications and public relation
  • Market Research (Brand research & monitoring, customer research, industry research, competition tracking etc)
  • Managing Product specific marketing and promotion as per the requirement and needs of different therapeutic segments.
  • Sales of Sports Medicine of the company in the areas assigned.
  • Bringing Sales volumes and achieving pre-set sales Target month wise and year wise.
  • Analyzing the future promotional activities and setting goals for the future. Meeting retail as well as institutional customers and securing orders.

Required skills:

  • At least 2-5 years of prior Experience should be from medical devices/ Surgical Background.
  • Business Development and generate business through meeting with the doctors and making good relations with them
  • Prior experienceof should be in Sports Medicine/ Trauma/ Orthopaedics/ Arthroplasty.
  • Must have exposure in handling similar territory.
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have pleasant personality.
  • Maintaining good relationships with the stockiest/Distributors
  • Knowledge in Medical, Surgical and Healthcare products
  • Knowledge of competitive products available in markets
  • Launching/Introducing new products in the market using different marketing tools

Industry- Medical/Pharmaceutical/ Health Care

Salary- 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA

Education- B- Pharma/Biomedical Engineers/Biotech
